This retreat is open to Pony Club members ages 12 and up and is designed as a fun, relaxed weekend where our horsy kids and adults can spend time together without the stress of horses! The weekend will include: a Movie night, Hiking and outdoor activities, Games and group fun, Sock swap, Tubing and winter activities! This retreat is all about building friendships, relaxing, and enjoying time together as a Pony Club community, no riding clothes required! We hope you can join us for a fun and memorable winter weekend.
WHO: Pony Club members ages 12 and up. WHEN:Friday, February 20th, 2026 - move in at 6pm, through Sunday, February 22nd, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. WHERE:Camp Y-Koda, Sheboygan Falls, WI
COSTS: $45.00 per youth for retreat payable to Lake Shore Region Pony Club and
$25.00 Snow Tubing fee payable thru the Sunburst Online Registration (link in the info document) This is the group rate; and Sunburst Registration must be completed by February 13th at 11:59 p.m. CST to receive the discount ticket rate.
Donation of food/meal sign up will be sent out once numbers are finalized CHAPERONES: Free! No cost to attend and includes Snow Tubing compliments of LSR Youth Board as a thank you! Chaperones will be required to complete the Sunburst Online Registration and submit payment; which will be reimbursed if you are Volunteering 8 or more hours during the Retreat.
We will also need 5 Adult (21+) Chaperones to attend. Chaperones can share times and dates to insure proper coverage.
