All Club, Center & Regional Officers are required to attend the spring Regional Roundtable Meeting for 2026. This is the meeting where we discuss and plan activities for the upcoming year. Each Club & Center is required to have a representative at this important meeting; as we assign /volunteer hosts for events and discuss Regional business.

WHEN: 9:30 checkin starts, 10AM meeting start time
WHO: All Club & Center Officers, Regional Officers, Parents, Volunteers and Youth are welcome to attend. LUNCH: Potluck- Clubs/ Centers assigned specific food to bring.
