Who:  Riders - D2 and up, actively competing in eventing at Starter or above (2'3" jumping height and up).
           Stable Managers - D2 and up
           Pony Club Cheering Section - anybody!
Where: Sundance Farm HT
Sept 25-28,2025 - Sundance Farm, Plymouth, WI
Cost: $125 Rally fee/rider - plus Horse Trial Entry & Stabling 
No charge for Stable Managers
Qualifying rally for 2026 Pony Club Eventing Championships
Entry procedures:  
  1. Enter Sundance Horse Trial through the USEA Xentry or paper entry.  Closing Date for HT Sept 9. Pay all Horse Trial & stabling fees directly to the horse trial and take care of their required paperwork.  Request stabling with Pony Club.
  2. Enter Lake Shore Region Eventing Rally & pay rally fee through HorseSpot. CLOSING DATE for rally SEPT 10.
    1. Online Entries:  Lake Shore Region HorseSpot
    2. Stable Managers – Enter “UNMOUNTED” for Horse Name when registering
    3. EVERYONE:  Use your Club or Center Name for Trainer 
    4. Stable Managers – Select Class 0 
    5. Riders - Select Eventing level you entered in Horse Trial
    6. Teams - Complete the online Team Registration Form

  1. Fill out required Pony Club forms via google forms on Lake Shore Region website
    1. Complete Online Lake Shore Region Code of Conduct form if not already done for 2025
    2. Complete Online Chaperone form (1/team for youth) or emergency contact form if adult
    3. Complete Online Coaching form - if using a coach
    4. Complete Online Intent to Qualify form - if planning to use this rally for 2026 USPC Championships
  2. Stable managers only - send signed Sundance Farm waiver to [email protected]

*** Exact rally schedules will be determined based on ride times assigned to rally riders by the horse trial, so please be prepared to be flexible and we will work all rally requirements around your ride schedule.  Organizers will be in touch to confirm your schedule and warm up needs before finalizing HM schedules.
